Other conditions that may present with focal lower extremity dystonia should be considered, for example, paroxysmal exercise induced dystonia (PED) [23], paroxysmal kinesogenic dyskinesia (PKD) [24], Parkinson disease (PD) (especially early onset PD) [23,25], dopa-reponsive dystonia (DRD) [26], and GLUT-1 deficiency [27,28].
