The results showed that the most significantly enriched KEGG pathways were the pathways related to ribosome and carbon metabolism, lysosome, focal adhesion, amino acid biosynthesis, the phosphatidylinositide 3-kinase/serine-threonine kinase (PI3K)/Akt signaling pathway, Epstein-Barr virus infection, purine metabolism, phagosome, glycolysis/gluconeogenesis, glyoxylate and dicarboxylate metabolism, and the tricarboxylic citrate cycle, in that order. This evidence concerns the gene AKT1 and Epstein-Barr virus infection.
