The NF-κB subunits RelA/p65, p52 and RelB are highly expressed and chronically activated in almost 80% of the tumours [25,26,27] and thought to fosters NF-kB anti-apoptotic and pro-proliferative activities as well as contribute to all the remaining hallmarks of cancer [28,29].
