CD4 and AIDS: Patients with PSH had a higher proportion of subjects with CD4 <350 cells/ml (91.6% vs. 83.4%, p < 0.001), fewer patients receiving ART (50.8% vs. 59.9%, p = 0.003), and were more frequently hospitalized due to AIDS‐related events (80.0% vs. 69.3%, p=< 0.001) in comparison with regular stay.
