This is the first time CXCR3 has been shown to be non-redundant for CD4+ T-cell migration into intestinal tumors, even though earlier results have indicated that CXCL9 and CXCL10 significantly correlate to disease free survival of CRC patients, and also to the recruitment of memory T cells [22].
