In this study, our work provides the valid evidence for reciprocal signaling interactions between TAMs and pancreatic cancer cells, shedding new light on the utilization of CCL18/PITPNM3/NF-kB/VCAM-1 axis as a potential novel therapeutic target for the treatment of pancreatic cancer. The gene discussed is NFKB1; the disease is familial pancreatic carcinoma.
