Data from immunohistochemical staining revealed that significant SUZ12 overexpression was observed in carcinoma (62.5%, 5/8), whereas much less were detected in healthy mucosa (16.7%, 1/6), samples with hyperplasia (16.7%, 1/6) or dysplasia/carcinoma in situ (50.0%, 3/6). Here, SUZ12 is linked to cancer.
