SUZ12 and head and neck squamous cell carcinoma: Accumulating evidence has indicated that SUZ12 is critically involved in tumorigenesis by promoting cell proliferation, migration and suppressing apoptosis.14, 15, 17, 19 In line with this, our findings from in vitro loss‐of‐function assay reveal that loss of SUZ12 resulted in reduced proliferation, migration and invasion in HNSCC cells.
