The interplay between the miR-30a/ZEB2 axis and miR-200c in BC (Fig. 5c) was somehow corroborated by the finding that the miR-30a was positively correlated to miR-200c in both the TCGA and in the in-house TNBC series (Supplementary Figure S11a-d). This evidence concerns the gene ZEB2 and breast cancer.
