It was reported that all‐trans retinoic acid (ATRA), medication used for the treatment of acute promyelocytic leukemia, induced cellular differentiation and CD38 expression to inhibit the acquisition of BCR‐ABL mutations for leukemia‐acquired resistance 3, suggesting the potential benefit of ATRA or targets of ATRA in treating Ph+ ALL. Here, ABL1 is linked to acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
