The second genetic vaccine tested in ovarian cancer (PANVAC-C + PANVAC-V) was a poxviral vaccine, in which the CEA-MUC1-TRICOM (B7.1, ICAM-1, LFA-3) was engineered into vaccinia (PANVAC-V) as a prime and fowlpox (PANVAC-C) as a booster vaccination. Here, CD58 is linked to ovarian cancer.
