3p loss was subclonal in five tumors: one harboring a VHL mutation (K252) (Figure 1A), one VHL methylation (K070) (Figure 1A), one tumor that was VHL wild-type but SETD2 muttant (K427) (Figure 1A), and two with no mutations in any of the 3p genes (K169, K446) (Figure 1A).
