In univariate analysis of genetic risk factors, leukemia-free survival was predicted by karyotype (p < 0.001), SRSF2 mutation (p < 0.001), ASXL1 mutation (p < 0.001), IDH1/2 mutations (p = 0.005), and triple negative mutational status (p = 0.005) (Table 3); U2AF1Q157 mutations had no significance (p = 0.8), while EZH2 mutations displayed borderline significance (p = 0.06). Here, IDH1 is linked to leukemia.
