Due to the unique radionuclide characteristics of 18F (t1/2 = 109.7 min, Eß+ = 0.63 MeV) and its corresponding advantages for clinical PET imaging combined with large-scale production by means of even small cyclotrons, several groups have focused on the development of 18F-labeled PSMA inhibitors for PCa imaging [1–6]. This evidence concerns the gene FOLH1 and posterior cortical atrophy.
