TP53 and cancer: The results showed that most of the abundant KEGG terms were involved in biological processes such as pathways in cancer (ko05200), focal adhesion (ko04510), endocytosis (ko04144), MAPK signaling pathway (ko04010), p53 signaling pathway (ko04115), Fc gamma R-mediated phagocytosis (ko04666), B cell receptor signaling pathway (ko04662), synaptic vesicle cycle (ko04721), chronic myeloid leukemia (ko05220), and synaptic vesicle cycle (ko04721) (Supplementary Data Sheet 13).
