The results showed that most of the abundant KEGG terms were involved in biological processes such as pathways in cancer (ko05200), focal adhesion (ko04510), endocytosis (ko04144), MAPK signaling pathway (ko04010), p53 signaling pathway (ko04115), Fc gamma R-mediated phagocytosis (ko04666), B cell receptor signaling pathway (ko04662), synaptic vesicle cycle (ko04721), chronic myeloid leukemia (ko05220), and synaptic vesicle cycle (ko04721) (Supplementary Data Sheet 13). The gene discussed is TP53; the disease is chronic myelogenous leukemia, BCR-ABL1 positive.
