First, we analyzed the MYC target genes in osteosarcoma using the published ChIP-Seq data.15 Analysis of MYC ChIP-Seq data in U2OS cells identified more than 24 000 MYC binding sites (Fig. 2a), suggesting that MYC regulates a large number of targets in the osteosarcoma cells. This evidence concerns the gene MYC and osteosarcoma.
