NFKB1 and lip and oral cavity carcinoma: Haplotype analyses of NFKB1 gene demonstrated that IC was the most frequent haplotypes (52.64% for cases and 57.41% for controls), and DG haplotype carriers had a significantly increased risk of oral cancer than subjects with IC haplotype (adjusted OR = 1.25, 95% CI: 1.02–1.53, P = 0.030, Table 4).
