We noted higher expression of Chrm3 in ICC in comparison to Chrm2 normalized to the housekeeping gene Gapdh (Chrm3: 0.043 ± 0.001; Chrm2: 0.029 ± 0.002, P = 0.001, n = 4). This evidence concerns the gene CHRM2 and intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma.
