The results shown in Figures 6B,D indicate that activated Dok-1 binds to RasGAP during infection of opsonized Schu S4, particularly apparent at 1 and 2 min, suggesting that Dok-1’s ability to inhibit Raf/MEK-mediated ERK activation is at least in part via its binding to RasGAP. Here, RAF1 is linked to infection.
