ROR2 and cancer: As misregulations of WNT5A, ROR1, ROR2 and KIF26B expression/function have all been implicated in the pathogenesis of human diseases including cancer and congenital disorders [11,40,41,42,43,44,45,46,47], delineating the precise mechanism(s) by which pathway components, such as GSK3, modulate flux through the pathway should facilitate the development of therapeutic agents that target the pathway.
