BRD4 and acute myeloid leukemia: Furthermore, there was significant overlap between the PU.1 ChIP-Seq peaks which form superenhancers in OCs and publically available BRD4 ChIP-Seq data from murine acute myeloid leukemia (AML) cells (Supplemental Figure 5A).36 Several of these superenhancer loci were situated at lineage determinant TFs important for OC differentiation such as Nfatc1 and Fosl2, which displayed strong overlap of PU.1 peaks with publically available BRD4 AML ChIP-Seq peaks (Fig. 5a).
