IL10 and cancer: Also increased in TiME-II tumors were neutrophils, conventional DCs (cDC), cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAF), and tumor-associated macrophages (TAM) with high PD-L1, which were associated with greater IL-10 production and phosphorylation of Akt and NF-κβ (Figure 2D and Supplemental Figure 5).
