KDM1A and Nematoda infectious disease: The first striking observation was that, despite the quite mild phenotype in terms of nematode infection (Figures 1–3), the number of differentially expressed transcripts in syncytia at 12 dpi was almost three times lower in infected lsd1 than in infected wild-type roots [1440 vs. 4206 differentially expressed genes (DEGs), respectively] (Figure 4A).
