We then stratified the analysis based on history of myocardial infarction of the individual and use of B01AC, and found that, the levels of CXCL10 were increased in users of B01AC irrespectively of reported history of myocardial infarction (+0.80 NPX, p < 2.9 × 10−7 and +0.47 NPX, p < 8.0 × 10−6 in the groups with history and no history of myocardial infarction, respectively). This evidence concerns the gene CXCL10 and myocardial infarction.
