Among them, four genes, ZDHHC9 (zinc finger, DHHC-type containing 9), Apelin, PTTG1 (pituitary tumor-transforming 1) and Adrb2a (adrenoceptor beta 2, surface a) have been reported to play important roles in growth of skeletal muscle [43], obesity [44], tumorigenesis [45] and growth of muscle myotomal fibres [46], respectively, and a vimentin-like gene contains the sequence of marker ref-90,952. The gene discussed is APLN; the disease is obesity disorder.
