ZMYND10 and primary ciliary dyskinesia: Similarly, the amount of DNAI1 protein was increased from 30.9% to 64.1% by co-expressing ZMYND10 (Fig 6C and 6D), but not by co-expressing ZMYND10-p.Gln366* mutant protein, which lacked the MYND domain and was identified in a PCD patient [20] (S10 Fig), indicating that the MYND domain was necessary for the stabilizing effect.
