DNMT1 and ovarian cancer: Indeed, in non-small cell lung cancer miR-152-3p suppressed cell proliferation, colony formation, migration and invasion [42], in endometrial cancer miR-152-3p restored expression prevented tumor cell growth both in vitro and in vivo [40], and in ovarian cancer miR-152-3p was suggested to contribute to cisplatin resistance in vitro and in vivo through direct DNMT1 targeting [43].
