The translocation breakpoint encodes the C-terminal part of Nucleophosmin (NPM) and the kinase domain of ALK. In the remaining 30% of ALK+ ALCL patients, other ALK fusion partners have been described (e.g., TPM3, TPM4, TFG, ATIC, CLTC, MSN, MYH9 and ALO17) [62,111,112,113,114].
