ALCL, an aggressive CD30+ lymphoma which accounts for 12.1% of all PTCL cases [110], is divided into two entities on the basis of the presence or absence of the receptor tyrosine kinase Anaplastic Lymphoma Kinase (ALK) (ALCL, ALK+ or ALCL, ALK−). Here, ALK is linked to mature T-cell and NK-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
