In this review, we will present the current literature on the role AP-1 TFs play in lymphoid malignancies, focusing on CD30-positive lymphomas, specifically, Classical Hodgkin Lymphoma (CHL) and the Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma (NHL) sub-type peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL) which constitutes a heterogeneous group of disease entities often associated with a poor prognosis [56,57,58,59]. This evidence concerns the gene JUNB and mature T-cell and NK-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
