In conclusion, 8 tumor differentiation related genes (JUB, ERLIN1, HMGA2, FAM110B, EGFR, MCM2, TCTA and SSTR1), pancreatic adenocarcinoma pathway related genes (BCL2L1, E2F1, RAC1 and STAT1) and cell cycle pathway related genes (BUB1, BUB1B, CCNA2, CCNB2, CCND2, CDC20, PLK1, TGFB2 and TTK) played fatal roles in the development of pancreatic adenocarcinoma. The gene discussed is CCNA2; the disease is neoplasm.
