In conclusion, 8 tumor differentiation related genes (JUB, ERLIN1, HMGA2, FAM110B, EGFR, MCM2, TCTA and SSTR1), pancreatic adenocarcinoma pathway related genes (BCL2L1, E2F1, RAC1 and STAT1) and cell cycle pathway related genes (BUB1, BUB1B, CCNA2, CCNB2, CCND2, CDC20, PLK1, TGFB2 and TTK) played fatal roles in the development of pancreatic adenocarcinoma. The gene discussed is STAT1; the disease is neoplasm.
