KDM6B and acute myeloid leukemia: A PrognoScan database-based Kaplan–Meier analysis of the overall survival of 58 AML patients by high (n = 11) and low (n = 47) KDM6B levels revealed that high KDM6B expression positively correlated with poor overall survival in human AML (data from GSE5122) (Fig. 1c).
