Publically available data accessible through Oncomine show that USP15 expression is significantly elevated in ovarian serous cystadenoacrcinoma, lobular breast carcinomas, prostate cancer, cervical squamous cell carcinomas, and glioblastomas, suggesting potential clinical relevance for this protein are these cancers, especially in relation to the p53 status in these tumors (Fig. 7f and Supplementary Fig. 7C)29.
