PPIP5K2 and Hodgkins lymphoma: Sanger sequencing revealed a single point mutation (c.2510G>A) in the PPIP5K2 gene (NCBI RefSeq NM_001276277) segregating with HL in family PKDF751 (Fig 2A), which is predicted to replace an evolutionarily-conserved arginine with histidine at residue 837 (NP_001263206; Fig 2B, S2 Table).
