IQGAP3 and breast cancer: Here, we found that tissue expressionof IQGAP3 was markedly higher in BC patients than in normal controls (a result validatedby real-time PCR of mRNA derived from BC and normal control tissue microarrays), andthat levels of urinary IQGAP3 cell-free NA were higher in BC patients than in normalcontrols (a result consistent with that obtained from real-time PCR).
