When analyzing pathways associated with colorectal (Fig 4A) and prostate cancers (Fig 4B), we observed that miRNAs targeting both NMT1/2 and MetAP2 genes also regulate the expression of key genes involved in these pathways, including AKT1, GSK3B, BRAF, MAPK and many others (Fig 4). This evidence concerns the gene GSK3B and Familial prostate cancer.
