From the literature review, a roster of 42 reports of SJS (n = 23), SJS/TEN (n = 4), or TEN (n = 15), associated with 12 targeted anticancer drugs, were identified, including EGFR inhibitors (afatinib, cetuximab, erlotinib, gefitinib, panitumumab, and vandetanib), MKI (imatinib, regorafenib, and sorafenib), recombinant IL-2 (aldesleukin), proteasome (bortezomib), anti-CD20 (rituximab), anti-CD30 (brentuximab vedotin), and BRAF inhibitor (vemurafenib) (Table 2). Here, IL2 is linked to toxic epidermal necrolysis.
