NFKB1 and rheumatoid arthritis: Upregulated miR-21 in fibroblast-like synoviocytes (FLS) in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) model rats may promote cell proliferation by facilitating NF-κB nuclear translocation, thus affecting the NF-κB pathway.30 Herein, the level of miR-21 was decreased with the increasing of NF-κB inhibitor through Chip method, which indicates that miR-21 is regulated by NF-κB.
