A previous study demonstrated that myeloid progenitors were expanded, and lymphoid progenitors were decreased after the in vivo application of G‐CSF.8 Consistent with this previous report,8 the percentages of NK cells among GBM and GPB were significantly decreased in our study; therefore, the ratio of T and NK cells in GBM or GPB was significantly increased compared to that in NGBM and NGPB, respectively. This evidence concerns the gene CSF3 and glioblastoma.
