We found that blockade NLRP3 therapy markedly reversed hypertension, in consistent with the results reported by Krishnan [48], as well as significantly reduced NLRP3 pathway protein expression, decreased PICs, CCL2, CXCR3, and VCAM-1, adjusted TH, GAD67, and GABA in PVN and plasma NE. This evidence concerns the gene CCL2 and hypertensive disorder.
