In addition to fiber intake 15, 17, intake of vegetable fiber 14 and diets rich in fruits and vegetables 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49 have also been inversely associated with risk of ER‐PR‐ or ER‐ disease, whereas a high intake of total fat and saturated fat has been associated with increased risk of ER+PR+ breast cancer, but not with hormone receptor‐negative disease 50. Here, NR4A1 is linked to breast carcinoma.
