We therefore hypothesized that PPARG, LXRα, and ABCA1 were related to tumor‐suppressive effects against acquired gefitinib‐resistant lung adenocarcinoma cells, and efatutazone, the novel third‐generation PPARG agonist, could be a potentially useful choice for patients with lung adenocarcinoma. This evidence concerns the gene PPARG and lung adenocarcinoma.
