Analysis of cancer vs. normal tissue with the Oncomine 3.0 database revealed no association with GPR50 overexpression but a significant association with GPR50 underexpression in 10 studies including a fivefold decrease in invasive lobular breast carcinoma (p < 0.05) (Fig. 6e; Supplementary Tables 1-6). This evidence concerns the gene GPR50 and invasive lobular breast carcinoma.
