Unsaturated fatty acids (p = 0.02), cholesterol (p = 0.02), —CH2—CH2— (Ch2)n— fatty acids (p = 0.05) and —CH3 fatty acids (p = 0.04) were decreased in tumours from orlistat‐treated mice compared to vehicle, whereas triacylglycerol (p = 0.05) and —(CH2)n— fatty acids (trend, p = 0.06) were elevated in the ORL/CP D2 combination group when compared to vehicle (Fig. 4b).
