ARHGAP5 and hepatocellular carcinoma: Research in the mechanism of miR-486 found that the down-regulation of miR-486 could target genes such as ARHGAP5 to inhibit cell migration and invasion in vitro and metastasis in vivo in lung cancer [6] and it could inhibit cancer cell proliferation, migration and invasive in vitro and suppress HCC growth in vivo by targeting PIK3R1 [4].
