However, loss of the m2-binding region in the dgat-2 promoter [Pdgat-2(m2)::GFP] and [Pdgat-2(m1 + m2)::GFP] resulted in not only decreased expression of DGAT-2::GFP compared with the full-length dgat-2 promoter [Pdgat-2(full)::GFP] but also abolished the response to AD treatment (Supplementary Fig. 7C and D).
