Together with the results that high total AChE SMDCs receiving responders show significantly higher treatment outcomes, but no difference in number of injected SMDCs, CD56 expression and AChE activity per cell, compared to high total AChE SMDCs receiving non-responders, we confirm the previously drawn conclusion that only the responder population defined by low duration since onset of incontinence and high incontinence symptom severity is responsive to SMDCs treatment [30].
