TLR4 and breast cancer: In the tumor type subgroup (Figure 3 and Table 2), we found the high expression of TLR4 was closely related to worse OS in breast cancer (combined HR = 2.19, 95% CI (1.13, 4.23), P < 0.05), hepatocellular carcinoma (combined HR = 1.61, 95% CI (1.01, 2.58), P < 0.05), epithelial ovarian cancer(combined HR = 1.77, 95% CI (1.23, 2.53), P < 0.05), oral squamous cell carcinoma(combined HR = 2.77, 95% CI (1.72, 4.47), P < 0.001) and colorectal cancer (combined HR = 2.30, 95% CI (1.41, 3.75), P < 0.01).
