Our results showed that the IL-10-1082G/A polymorphism in the Implicit model (AA vs AG+GG) has a certain correlation with the risk of rheumatic heart disease, but dominant model (AA+AG vs GG), codominant model (AA vs GG), codominant model (AG vs GG) and Allele model (A vs G) have no associated with the risk of rheumatic heart disease. Here, IL10 is linked to rheumatic heart disease.
