EGFR and non-small cell lung carcinoma: Consistent with these studies, we showed that NF-κB suppresses the miR-590 level and promotes the upregulated expression of EHD1 in erlotinib-resistant cells, and the inhibition of NF-κB enhanced erlotinib sensitivity in vitro and in vivo, suggesting that novel dual inhibition co-targeting of EGFR and NF-κB might be applied in EGFR-mutant NSCLC patients to improve survival.
