Our previous studies demonstrated that other deubiquitinase, such as the zinc finger protein A20 and cylindromatosis (CYLD), functioned as negative regulators of NF-κB [67, 68] and were involved in regulating neuroinflammation through depressing neuronal NF-κB activity in ischemic stroke [69, 70].
