Since they were mononuclear cells present in tumor microenvironment, mainly in stroma, we conducted immunofluorescence staining using markers for mast cells[18] (mast cell tryptase), macrophages (CD68), plasma cells[24] (CD38), T- and B- lymphocytes (CD3, CD20 and CD79a) and neutrophils (NE).
