Five malignancies (hepatosplenic T-cell lymphoma, polymorphic post-transplantation lymphoproliferative disease, renal cell adenocarcinoma, Ewing’s sarcoma, endometrial adenocarcinoma) were reported with the mean time to malignancy after anti-TNF exposure was 1.49 (median 0.5) years, which is shorter than our findings. The gene discussed is TNF; the disease is renal cell adenocarcinoma.
